CLEAR GRAND Earth Day Celebrations

 Saturday, April 21, 2007  and April 19, 2008

Earth Day was celebrated two years straight at Grand Lake with great activities and opportunities to learn about ways to help keep area lakes and streams clean.  A series of fun and educational events were held all around Grand Lake and Grove.

All activities were associated with the CLEAR GRAND Project and visitors had a chance to learn the best ways to take care of beautiful Grand Lake and the streams that flow into it!

CLEAR GRAND Earth Day activities were held in numerous locations (see below), with headquarters at the Grand Lake Visitor Center.

All activities were free, except for food vendors.

Look for Bernice State Park to carry on the tradition in 2009!
